Are your items authentic?
-Yes! Everything we sell is authentic and purchased brand new directly from the brand or authorized distributers.
What are your shipping options?
We offer Fedex Ground/Home Delivery and USPS Ground Service. We don't have expetided and local pickup options now!
What is your return policy?
We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return. To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging.

Where will my order ship from?
All items are shipped directly to the consumer from our warehouses in Texas, California or New Jersey warehouses.
How long does it take to ship?
All orders are shipped within 1-3 business days of receipt of the order (excluding Saturday, Sunday and Holidays). We will notify you by email when your order is shipped.
How long does it take to get my order?
Once your order ships, you will receive a shipment notification email with the tracking number so you can follow its progress. You can expect to receive your order within 3-6 business days once shipped.
How much is shipping?
Orders over $99 ship free! All other orders ship for a flat rate of $9.45.
Who will be delivering my order?
We ship via FedEx and USPS to provide you most reliable service available.
Why is my credit card not working?
If you’re having trouble with your card, make sure the billing address matches the address on file with your card and/or bank.
Why is my credit card declined but transaction is still pending?
Some banks may display declined transactions as "pending" or "processing" in latest transaction section. This charge is temporary and will usually be reversed within 48 hours.
